As the link on the top of each page mentions, we have holiday hours this season. Rhiannon is taking a very rare and much-needed holiday from December 14 to December 26.
*Christmas orders must be placed by December 13 in order to arrive on time (to USA and Canada).
**The online violin shop will remain open but orders will not ship until Canada Post resumes operations on December 28.
Should you place an order during the shop closure and wish to cancel the order we can refund your payment on December 28. We sincerely hope we will keep your order and will gladly have it out as soon as the holiday is finished.
Rhiannon will not be checking email during the closure.

Physical Location
Fiddleheads is located in Canoe, British Columbia near Salmon Arm and off the Trans Canada highway in the heart of the Shuswap.
Our efficient home-based shop services customers throughout the Shuswap, Okanagan, Thompson and Kootenay regions of BC as well as the lower mainland and island. Online we serve an expansive list of elated customers throughout the rest of Canada, the United States, South America, Philippines, Carribbean, the UK, Europe and Asia. Our customer list grows daily, as do our testimonials!
Please email or call to book you appointment in-shop and we will pass on detailed driving directions. You may, instead, choose to save the gas and have your items shipped to you for purchase or trial. Contact us for info.

Appointments for in-shop visits can be made most days of the week, including weekends. We strive to accomodate customer requests. Contact via email to arrange a time that is convenient for you.

Currency
Fiddleheads serves and ships to customers around the world. You will see all our prices and policies are posted online in USD, many in CAD.
Fluctuations in the currency market makes it impossible for us to post multi-currency prices. To make it accurate and fair to our Canadian customers we set all prices in USD, some in CAD. Canadian customers who wish to pay in CAD are welcome to contact us to be invoiced in CAD and we will charge you at the current exchange.
Other International Customers: Get a quote or pay in USD.
Tax
Canadian residents pay GST/HST, GS/HST # 83619 2567 RT0001. Note our BUY NOW buttons have this tax added in already.
No tax for orders outside Canada.
Payment Methods
We accept Certified Bank Drafts, Money Orders, Wire Transfers, Western Union, Paypal and credit card payments via paypal. Most items have "Buy it Now" links but others require we invoice you via paypal. You do not have to be a member to use the paypal system to process your credit card.
Should there be an item on the site you would like to purchase but there is no option to buy online (using a BUY NOW button) we are happy to invoice you so you can pay with paypal or credit card. Just contact us to ask.
We may accept cheques or other forms of payment, but this is entirely at our discretion. Items are not shipped or released until funds have cleared. Cash is welcome for in-shop purchases.

Sales & Discounts
Fiddleheads places various items on sale depending on availability, overstock and manufacturer's promotions. Some sale items are posted on our Sales Page but you can also browse the site to see other sales items.
Select the refresh/reload button on your web browser to see any changes on our pages since your last visit.
Can't find the violin you saw during your last visit? Hmmm, sorry, but it has probably been sold. Don't despair. Please contact us and we will match you with a similar instrument.
Instrument Trials
Players seeking to try out an instrument or bow are kindly asked to visit our Trials page.
Shipping
We happily ship pre-paid orders to customers across Canada, the United States and outside of North America. We will happily arrange for faster delivery options should they be required. Contact us to inquire on shipping.
Some items ship for free. Please ask for a quote. Instrument and bow trials are also shipped out so you may shop in the comfort of your own home.
