Physical Location
Fiddleheads is located near Salmon Arm and off the Trans Canada highway in the heart of the Shuswap.
Our home-based shop services customers throughout the Shuswap, Okanagan, Thompson and Kootenay regions of BC. Online we serve an impressive list of customers throughout the rest of Canada, the United States, South America, Philippines, Carribbean, the UK, Europe and Asia. Our customer list grows daily, as do our testimonials!
Please email or call to set up an appointment in-shop and we will give you directions to visit us. You may, instead, choose to save the gas and have your items shipped to you for purchase or trial as we offer free shipping on many products. Contact us for info.

Driving Time:
It's a lovely drive to visit us whichever route you are travelling. We're just off the Trans Canada highway in the middle of some of the most stunning lake country in North America.

Business Hours
Our home-based shop is open by appointment only. Weekends are the most flexible for many customers but most other days work fine as well.
Contact via email to arrange a time that is convenient for you.
Note that due to scheduling in daily violin students and maintaining a busy home life with a baby the phone cannot always be answered when you call. Please leave a voicemail message or email and Rhiannon will respond to you within a day.

Currency
You will see all our prices and policies are posted online, mostly in USD.
The volatile currency market makes it impossible for us to post CAD prices which are current. To make it fair to our Canadian customers we set most prices in USD. Canadian customers who wish to pay in CAD are welcome to contact us to be invoiced in CAD.
Other International Customers: Get a quote or pay in USD.
Tax
Canadian residents pay GST/HST, GS/HST # 83619 2567 RT0001. Note our BUY NOW buttons have this tax added in already.
No tax for orders outside Canada.
Payment Methods
We accept Certified Bank Draft, Money Orders (in Canada & USA only), Paypal and credit card payments via paypal. Some items have "Buy it Now" links but others require we invoice you via paypal. You do not have to be a member to use the paypal system to process your credit card.
Should there be an item on the site you would like to purchase but there is no option to buy online (BUY NOW button) we are happy to invoice you so you can pay with paypal or credit card. Just contact us to ask.
We may accept cheques or other forms of payment, but this is entirely at our discretion. Items are not shipped or released until funds have cleared. Cash is welcome for in-shop purchases.

Fiddleheads places various items on sale depending on availability and manufacturer's promotions. Select the refresh/reload button on your web browser to see any changes on our pages since your last visit.
Can't find the violin you saw during your last visit? Hmmm, sorry, but it has probably been sold. Don't despair. Please contact us and we will match you with a similar instrument.
Instrument Trials
Players seeking to try out an instrument or bow are kindly asked to visit our Trials page.
Shipping
We happily ship pre-paid orders to customers across Canada, the United States and outside of North America. Some items ship for free. Please ask for a quote. Instrument and bow trials are also shipped out so you may shop in the comfort of your own home.
